Just overhearing the news on tv, dow down another 600 points now. It's at a 5 year low. Where do you think it will stop? Are you doing anything to plan for the turmoil ahead? Cashing in stocks, 401k? Is it even worth trying to keep your credit straight?

I think people freaking out is why our stock market is so low... Just IMO though

Yeah, actually me and the wife are looking at this as an opportunity to set ourselves up for the long haul. Looking at some stocks that have bottomed out and we can buy up cheap and then just sit on them for years and years. Just gonna start budgeting what we can for some extra investing.

exactly, in 10-15yrs its gonna be a new house hopefully!

That's the idea that could give our country the 'change' or hope they've been looking for, using their brains instead of losing their minds when situations get kinda shifty. Chris and I are seriously considering this as well.

Me... well as I'm getting older now, I'm not waiting forever and can withdraw up to 10% without penalty's, so I'm gonna take some out and pay a few bills and have a little FUN for a change!!! Taking out some this November without penalty's!
